1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with Layzsshop.

The presentation of the goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog that is subject to change for us as the provider. No guarantee is given for the accuracy of the data and information contained in the online shop. You as a customer can select goods from our range and collect them in an electronic shopping cart using the " Add to shopping cart " button. After calling up the " Checkout " page and entering your personal data and accepting the payment and shipping conditions, all order data will be displayed again on the order overview page.

The contract is then concluded as follows:

First, we will send you an order confirmation with an order number; we will send the order confirmation by email to the email address you provided. This confirms receipt of your order. We will then check whether the goods are available. If the goods ordered are not available at the time of ordering, we reserve the right not to accept the order for the goods, so that no contract is concluded. You will be informed of this. Any payments already made will be refunded to you immediately. Sofort by Klarna

In order to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.

Apple Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Google Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. Purchase on account via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoices are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna. 6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects applies.

• to the extent that the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open.

9. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited to the amount of damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
